DOEN Surrealistic Soiree
Fresh and vibrant colours characterise the exhibition “Surrealistic Soiree” at DOEN, a 1000m2 space that houses a design studio, a furniture shop and an art gallery. In this small universe, the passion for design can be found in every element, perfectly cared to stimulate individual creativity and arouse feelings. In addition to the Free System, already chosen for other exhibitions, the iconic Due Più and Menhir low table make the environment welcoming and sophisticated, thanks to their unique and unmistakable details. Nanda Vigo’s armchair, here in the rust-coloured Mongolian fur finish, perfectly matches the material sculpture “Siren” by Serge Game, while the irregular glass top of the low table reflects the light in a suggestive way. The avant-garde design of Acerbis allows the selected collections to create a harmonious dialogue with the works of art located in the space, including the large canvas “Trust Us” by Serge Game and “Notes on Dries” by Rotteveel Vermeer.
