D124 – Residential project

The desire to push boundaries, breaking free from a static vision of spaces, lies at the heart of the D124 project, a building initiative that led to the construction of a new family home. Taking over after construction had already begun, Officina Magisafi redefined the layout of the spaces, the arrangement of furnishings, the selection of materials, and the study of light.

Acerbis collections enrich the interiors with elegance and uniqueness, harmonising perfectly with the light and neutral tones of the environments. A large Free System composition invites dynamic and playful use of the living area, while the Jot chairs and Spiros coat hanger complement the home’s style with flawless colour coordination. The eccentric character of Due Più armchair adds personality and volume to the space. Finally, the geometric forms and foldable structure of the Florian, here liberated from its traditional role as a low table, embody the flexibility that defines the entire home.
