Acerbis presents the entire Remasters collection live for the first time, with an installation curated by Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces and in collaboration with Spotti Milano.
The collection, which features seven archival masterpieces by the great masters of design, embraces the brand’s visionary heritage, reimagined today with new proportions, new colours, and new materials.

The occasion sees the debut of the new graphic identity of Acerbis conceived in partnership with Studio Temp.

Recalling the vigorously pragmatic visual identity of 1970s-era Acerbis, the update of the brand’s potent graphic heritage parallels the retooling of its archive furnishing creations.
In perfect harmony with the “Remasters” philosophy, research into the brand’s historical archives led to the development of the new identity, translating the imagery of the past into a contemporary language.

The Spotti Milano exhibition will open with the launch of the Florian folding side table, originally created by Vico Magistretti in 1989 —one of the new 2021 designs remastered from the Acerbis archives. Ingeniously functional, the Florian represents Magistretti’s supreme simplicity, with a lightweight, multi-level table built on a foldable structure, which collapses flat to hang on the wall as a graphic object of circles and lines.
In Meda and Lopez Quincoces’s version, the Florian’s size adapts to modern living, its ash wood frame folds smoothly and quickly with a modern brass mechanism, and its graphic impact is bolstered with lacquered tones of mustard, green spruce, and brick.
